# Mass IM

Allowed variables:

* SL\_NAME - full Second Life name (e.g. "Glaznah Gassner")
* FIRST\_NAME - first Second Life name (e.g. "Glaznah")
* LAST\_NAME - first Second Life name (e.g. "Resident")
* DISPLAY\_NAME - avatar display name (e.g. "My lovely avatar"). SL name will be used if no display name available for avatar
* DISPLAY\_FIRST\_NAME - avatar display first name (e.g. "My"). SL first name will be used if no display name available for avatar

*Hello **SL\_NAME**, I work with SpeedLight. How are you doing today?*
